Despite the challenges we faced in our stay, there was one shining aspect of Apartamentos Santander Maliano Suites 3000. The receptionist we encountered during check-in was very friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with the necessary information. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel a little more at ease in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. I appreciate the effort she put in to make our experience a little better. Despite this, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel due to the numerous issues we encountered.

The sun terrace was a great place to soak up some noise from the nearby industrial estate, while the fitness center helped me burn off my frustrations. And the free WiFi was a nice distraction from the lack of staff.

Who needs a lock on the door? It's so much more exciting not knowing who might walk in.

I was impressed by how pet friendly the place was, as I saw many well, behaved dogs during my stay. the common areas were clean and modern, and the reliable wifi allowed me to work from the comfort of the apartment. I particularly loved the kitchen and fridge, which made it easy for me to cook my own meals if needed. the location near the Maliano train station and airport was also convenient. Checking, in online and getting the access code on the day of arrival was quick and easy. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. ✨.

The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to stay a little longer since I was feeling unwell. The rooms were comfortable and had a kitchen area, which I appreciated, even though I didn't cook. Additionally, the hotel is close to shopping centers and public transportation.

I had the pleasure of enjoying the delightful aroma of smoke and weed permeating the room while opening the windows to let in the enticing scent of neighboring naked smokers. The location was impeccable, right next to a highway in a dark industrial zone.

Just loved the lack of air conditioning or even a fan in the scorching 30-degree heat. Absolutely splendid!

The location of the property, situated on the edge of a large industrial estate next to a busy road, felt isolated and unappealing. Difficulties with access to the property, as check-in was only possible for a limited timeframe in the evening, and there was no staff available thereafter.
